Is proficient with telephone switchboard, the hotel computer system and facsimile machines Provides general information and inquiries to all callers and is familiar with all Resort services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, daily activities, special function, etc. Answers all incoming calls promptly with a pleasant tone of voice, using names when possible, and routes calls to proper extensions. Accepts and places wake-up calls for hotel guests Prepares and updates the telephone extension directory as required. Ensure accurate preparation and posting of charges for operator assisted calls Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. Assist with "Do Not Disturb" requests, screening calls, busy extensions, transferring calls, call forwarding, call holding, call pick-up, call waiting, three-way conversations, collect calls, visitors, and paging equipment. Report and log all telephone maintenance and operational problems, ensure follow- up on a continuous basis. Review telephone bills, resolve discrepancies, monitor call accounting system and interface with computer system to maximize revenues Ensure Fax received for internal and external guests should be delivered promptly. Maintain record of existing equipment, changes, additions and deletions. Ensure that All Four Seasons Chats should be acknowledged before 90 seconds. Answer and follow-up all guests request through Four Seasons Chats as per FS Chat Standards. Pre-arrival chat message to be sent to guests Handles Chat function of Four Seasons whenever required /Assigned. Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in the Employee handbook. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. <br><br>Preferred Qualifications And Skills<br><br>A minimum of 2 years of experience in same field. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet and Micros. <p>Purpose and Scope: Perform drafting work compiling and organizing engineering and drafting data, designing structures and recommending design changes, and preparing specifications and estimates. Additional duties include surveying, GIS/GeoBase updates and maintenance. This position is in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) and is located at Al Udeid Air Base, Doha, Qatar.</p><p>Essential Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Create and print custom maps via Defense Area Printing Service (DAPS) or other Government-directed system upon the request of the Customer.</li><li>Save the maps to the Government IDMS or other media as requested.</li><li>Provide engineering surveys for facility projects, construction layout, utility location, and disaster response (e.g., topography, boundary, construction, and route).</li><li>Conduct in-the-field land surveys to collect geospatial data portraying the installation s built and natural infrastructure to update utility, infrastructure, and facility MDSs.</li><li>Create and maintain technical drawings, geospatial data, and maps.</li><li>Provide engineering assistance and drafting support to customers, engineers, craftsmen, in-house projects and work tasks, and as requested by the Customer.</li><li>Establish and maintain a repository of technical reference material, plans, and specifications for facilities that is easily accessible to the work force engaged in engineering, operations, and maintenance.</li><li>Compile and organize project documentation, including cost estimates, plans, specifications, statements of work, bills of materials, time schedules, submittal registers, and A&E statements of work (SOW), as provided by the Government.</li><li>Utilize GeoBase as the Air Force program for installation GIS, utilizing an enterprise GIS geared toward meeting Air Force civil engineering and mission requirements for facilities management.</li><li>Perform GIS and GeoBase activities IAW DoDI 8130.01, Installation Geospatial Information and Services (IGI&S), DAFI 32-10112, IGI&S, DAF GeoBase Program Guidance and Policies, AFCENT GeoBase Program Guidance, and AFCEC Geospatial Integration Office program management.</li><li>Comply with GeoBase Common Installation Picture (CIP), Mission Data Set (MDS), Mission Data Layers (MDL) control documents, and the Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment (SDSFIE) Air Force Adaptation specifications, data quality requirements, and reporting standards.</li><li>Provide updated CIP maps to the COR annually or when there s changes to infrastructure on the installation (i.e., new buildings/roads, demolished buildings/roads, or airfield changes), in both printed and electronic formats, with quantities and dimensions as requested by the Government.</li><li>Document and maintain spatially accurate and georeferenced digital facility floor plans, as required by the COR, consistent with the Drawing of Record (DoR) and/or Space Use Data Set (SUDS) guidance IAW the AFCEC Facility Space Planning & Optimization Management Playbook or local procedures (as determined by the COR).</li><li>Employ industry-standard methods, including 360-degree digital scans and photographs, to achieve comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of facility interiors and exteriors.</li><li>Perform surveys for airfield waivers, line-of-sight issues, topographic mapping, parcel boundaries, locations of existing construction and layouts of new facilities, to meet engineering requirements and related services (e.g., topographic surveys, static Global Positioning System (GPS), Real-Time Kinematic (RTK), control surveys, and boundary surveys) using Government-provided equipment utilizing survey and resource grade GPS, Range Finders, and Total Stations to perform surveys, and save the survey data within the GIS database.</li><li>Update and maintain installation CIP, IDP, District Plans, Component plans and other MDSs and MDLs spatial data to accurately represent ground truth while also capturing installation spatial data requirements as directed by the Customer.</li><li>Edit, maintain and add new GIS data within the Air Force System of Record (GEOMAP), utilizing the ESRI ArcGIS Pro software platform or AutoCAD software as directed by the Customer.</li><li>Meet with installation subject matter experts for each MDS/MDL to verify accurate spatial and attribute data and provide timely updates when presented with discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain, within a government database as designated by the Government, as-built drawings for downrange facilities and infrastructure.</li><li>Perform other surveying, drafting and GIS/GeoBase duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills and
