Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers. We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially focused Commercial & Contract Manager to lead the commercial management of construction projects from tender stage through project completion. This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing all commercial, contractual, cost control, and quantity surveying activities across the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations while protecting company rights and entitlements. Support project teams with commercial advice and contract interpretation. Lead claim preparation, negotiation, and settlement activities. Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue enhancement and commercial recovery. Cost Control & Performance Management Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and financial performance. Analyze cost variances and implement corrective actions where necessary.
