Job Vacancy: Brand Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker) Location: Doha, Qatar<br>About the Role Moka & Co. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and Arabic-speaking Brand Sales Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, expanding market presence, managing key brand accounts, and overseeing commercial projects from initial inquiry through successful completion. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular performance updates for management.<br>Project & Account Management Manage brand-focused customer projects from quotation, order confirmation, delivery, installation, and final handover. Coordinate with international brand suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project timelines and brand compliance standards to ensure all commitments are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and brand representatives throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively resolve project-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and brand integrity. Ensure precise documentation and timely follow-up on all brand initiatives.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Brand Management, International Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, brand management, business development, or key account coordination. Proven track record of successfully managing brand portfolios, achieving sales targets, and overseeing client projects. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
