<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>Operations &amp; Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Support the resolution of Tier 1 operational issues within established guidelines to ensure customer and supplier satisfaction.</li> <li>Coordinate with Finance and Logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries, ordering, and payment collections from customers.</li> <li>Conduct regular market visits to customers assigned by the Line Manager, including professionals, finance teams, purchasers, and other relevant stakeholders involved with the assigned brands/products.</li> <li>Present, promote, and clearly explain all products related to the assigned brands to professionals, purchasers, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring accurate and professional product knowledge is delivered to customers.</li> <li>Maintain detailed log sheets for all activities, including dedicated records for call-off contracts, purchase orders, and multi-delivery POs, and collect the same from team members reporting to him/her if applicable.</li> <li>Update Salesforce daily and ensure invoiced sales are updated on a weekly basis.</li> <li>BUM can decide to assign big or strategic project/task/tender/RFQ &nbsp;to line managers or respective employee as appropriate.</li> <li>Ensure timely invoicing, deliveries, installation, and operational support of products at customer sites.</li> <li>Follow up on order timelines and support adherence to delivery and project deadlines.</li> <li>Support the Project Team in executing related projects and operational activities.</li> <li>Additional duties may assign by line Manager as necessary or work need.</li> <li>Employees must ensure a proper handover of responsibilities before proceeding on leave.</li> </ul> <p>Planning &amp; Commercial Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist in preparing yearly forecasts and budgets and contribute to weekly/monthly action plans to support departmental targets.</li> <li>Prepare technical and commercial proposals and offers for customers.</li> <li>Support the promotion of company products and maintain regular engagement with customers</li> <li>Provide recommendations for product promotions, special offers, and project opportunities.</li> <li>Ensure effective communication of product updates, releases, and relevant developments to customers.</li> </ul> <p>Inventory &amp; Supply Management<br><br></p> <ul> <li>Monitor internal stock levels to ensure proper supply chain management and product availability.</li> <li>Ensure proper stock rotation and expiry management of products.</li> <li>Coordinate with Logistics and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and replenishment of products.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining departmental inventory levels and ensuring proper stock management<br>Market &amp; Product Analysis</li> </ul> <p>Market &amp; Product Analysis</p> <ul> <li>Support analysis of market trends, customer demand, competitor activities, market intelligence, and product opportunities through insights gathered from customers, suppliers, and market sources.</li> <li>Conduct competitive product quality analysis on promoted products.</li> <li>Submit weekly plans and daily reports to the Line Manager.</li> <li>&nbsp;Assist in reviewing accounts receivable aging reports and provide updates to management.</li> <li>Identify operational challenges and provide feedback to management on improvement opportunities.</li> </ul> <p>Innovation</p> <ul> <li>Provide input on potential product opportunities, market needs, and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and service delivery</li> </ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><ul> <li>University Degree with a medical background for eg. Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor Science, Bachelor of Dentistry, Dental Technician, Dental Nurse, Bachelor of Biomedical Engineer.</li> <li>Advance knowledge of Dental related diseases, dental devices used &amp; services is essential.</li> <li>1-3 years of relevant experience in medical devices, healthcare products, pharmaceutical sales, or a related healthcare environment.</li> <li>Fresh graduates may be considered, provided they demonstrate strong communication skills, product learning ability, and customer engagement potential.</li> <li>Basic understanding of hospital environments, healthcare professionals' needs, and product promotion is preferred.</li> <li>Strong scientific and product knowledge related to healthcare or medical devices.</li> <li>Good communication and presentation skills to effectively explain product features and benefits to healthcare professionals.</li> <li>&nbsp;Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Basic sales and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Good organizational and time management skills to manage multiple customer accounts and activities.</li> <li>Ability to analyze customer needs and market feedback.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.</li> <li>Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new products and technologies.</li> <li>Language and proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic</li> <li>Computer proficiency level required: Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite</li> <li>Driving: Valid GCC driving license is preferred.&nbsp;</li> </ul></div>
