<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Receiving TPI Packages from Buyers for TPI assignment. Checking for completeness of the package received against standard requirements. Following up and getting missing documents where the package is incomplete. Verifying the manufacturer details is existing in SAP-Inspection Follow System (IFS). If not existing, advise vendors / suppliers to provide manufacturer address and contact details and get updated in SAP-IFS. Generate TPI Assignment Documents and advise to Manufacturer on TPI Assignment. Get the Documents signed by Sr. Materials Engineer (Inspection). Transmit the TPI assignment along with unpriced Purchase Order Copy and required attachments to TPI Agency and TPI Advise to Manufacturer. Update all correspondences for each Purchase Order in SAP-IFS. (Critical and major activity) Identify the documents required based on Purchase Order requirements and follow up with manufacturers for drawings, ITP's / QCP's & Various Procedures submission (Major Activity) Participate in weekly review of all existing TPI orders and update the follow up status. Verify the TPI Reports for correctness and completeness, Inspection Hours, Mileage based on the specified locations. Ensure SAP-IFS is updated with TPI reports data (Geographic specific - Type of Inspection Personnel, No of Hours, Kilometers travelled) for invoicing purposes. Verify TPI Release Notes are in-line with PO requirements and advise TPI agency for any discrepancies. Advise Shipping Section / Vendor depending on the terms of Delivery. Verify the Final Certification and Documentation submitted is in line with PO requirements. <p>Accountable to ensure that department assigned field projects lifting engineering, coordination, plans, offshore mobilization etc. are conducted in accordance with approved Scope of Work, drawings, engineering design and safety, environment and standards & specifications. Oversee and provide guidance/advice to contractor on all offshore heavy lifts and subsea installation activities to ensure that they are performed as per approved method statements complying with project schedule, quality, and material requirements. Manage and guide the contractor during engineering, review, comment and approve contractor's construction engineering documents in PDMS. Attend engineering workshops such as Constructability review, SIMOPS, Schedule Risk Analysis, 3D Model Reviews, HAZOP, Lifting Plan reviews and provide inputs to ensure that contractor conducts these workshops complying to requirements. Project focal point to manage all lifting activities including coordination with internal stake holders such as PTS, Operations and Project team and external stake holders such as Contractors, third party agencies etc. Participate in all engineering workshops during FEED and EPIC. Ensure Contractor execute offshore heavy lifts, installation in accordance with standards, specifications, and approved drawings. Monitor, control and report Contractor's performance, man-power deployment, plant and equipment's movements, construction slippages etc. Act as the construction Risk Management representative to identify Construction Risk events, the effects & consequences, propose mitigation measures and take ownership to ensure mitigation measures have been implemented at site. Liaise with senior discipline engineers throughout all phases of the project for offshore lifting related matters including inputs during the detailed engineering and procurement stages. Review contractors' lifting plans, certificates, schedules, method statements, procedures etc. to ensure compliance with project as well as requirements. Maintain a daily record of progress noting special comments. Reports to supervisor work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contractor personnel and recommend corrective actions. Monitor and control of work permits to ensure that contractor compliance with conditions fixed on consolidated work permits. Interact and interface with other contractors, projects, departments regularly to identify and resolve all offshore lifting related matters especially liaison with operations, PTS and approved agencies. Support in development of new standards, specifications, guidelines etc. and support enhancement of existing corporate documents.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Sc. (or) Higher National Diploma (or) Diploma in Mechanical (or) Petroleum Engineering in an Engineering discipline from a recognized University discipline or equivalent plus relevant courses in Safety, Quality Control and Construction. Candidate should have a minimum of 10 to 12 years overall experience in coordination and supervision of offshore heavy lifts, non-routine lifts and offshore installation of EPIC projects such as Oil and Gas Production / wellhead platforms, Jackets and subsea installations. Review and approve contractor lifting plants, certificates, method statements and load-out activities. Computer literate. Good communication and writing skills. Candidate must have robust experience in FEED and EPIC projects with strong capability to review/approve contractor deliverables. The Senior Infrastructure / Roads / Underground Services Engineer will assist the Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer in administering the operational functions of the day-to-day infrastructure, road, drainage, and underground utility activities on the project. The role will include reviewing design submissions, shop drawings, method statements, material submittents, RFIs, technical queries, and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, applicable standards, and authority requirements. The Senior Infrastructure / Roads / Underground Services Engineer will coordinate multidisciplinary reviews and site inspections covering roads, pavements, grading, drainage, and underground utility networks.
