Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Facility Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP and previous experience in Facility Management (FM). They should also possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a valid UPDA Certification, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance needs Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work Troubleshoot and resolve any facility-related issues Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations Create and maintain accurate records and reports for all facility-related activities Manage and monitor the budget for facility maintenance and operations Provide leadership and guidance to the facility maintenance team Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of facilities

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Valid UPDA Certification Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Previous experience in Facility Management (FM) is required Strong MEP background Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
