Summary:The Public Relations Officer /Specialist (PRO) will be responsible for managing all government-related documentation, processing legal paperwork, and liaising with relevant Qatari authorities. The Assistant Manager supervises staff, manages inventory, maintains service quality standards, and ensures a safe and productive work environment.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily housekeeping operations.<br><br>Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff, including room attendants, public area attendants, and linen room personnel.<br><br>Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and employee work areas for cleanliness and maintenance.<br><br>Ensure housekeeping standards and procedures are consistently followed to maintain quality service.<br><br>Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.<br><br>Help schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and participate in performance reviews.<br><br>Train new housekeeping team members and conduct refresher training sessions.<br><br>Handle guest complaints and special requests in a prompt, courteous manner.<br><br>Support in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.<br><br>Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Maintenance) to ensure seamless guest service<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>High school diploma or equivalent<br><br>2+ years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role<br><br>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills<br><br>Excellent organizational and time management abilities<br><br>Working knowledge of housekeeping systems and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Hot SOS) is a plus<br><br>Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure<br><br>Not the right fit?
