Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive Network Relations Assistant to support provider network management, hospital relationship coordination, payment monitoring, and network operations within the medical insurance sector. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Insurance, or a related field

• 4–8 years of professional experience, preferably within medical insurance, healthcare administration, provider relations, or network management

• Experience coordinating with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders

• Exposure to provider network operations, healthcare claims, or insurance processes is preferred

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within the healthcare or insurance industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools

  
  

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Experience managing provider relationships and maintaining effective hospital network engagement

• Capable of monitoring hospital payments, settlements, and reconciliation activities

• Adept at coordinating authorization-related matters, claim reconsiderations, and payment follow-ups

• Effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills when dealing with healthcare providers

• Proficiency in tracking operational KPIs, documentation, and reporting requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple activities

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management capabilities
