Role Objective:The job holder will support the International Compliance & AML team and collaborate with Compliance teams across overseas branches to promote adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, laws, and internal policies and procedures in Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, and India. The incumbent will assist in coordinating compliance and AML/CFT inspections, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions, and supporting the timely preparation, review, and submission of required regulatory and management reports. The role will contribute to identifying and escalating compliance issues, breaches, and recurring observations in line with approved inspection plans and regulatory expectations. The job holder will also support the administration and execution of the Bank’s Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT), and Sanctions programs, ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and applicable laws governing the Bank’s overseas operations.<br>Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:OPERATIONALInternational Compliance Support in formulation and implementation of Compliance and AML/CFT inspection plans and compliance programs for the overseas branches with proper tracking and escalations where required. Work closely with the Overseas Compliance team in evaluating the effectiveness/adequacy of available systems, policies and internal controls to mitigate Compliance/regulatory and AML/CFT risks. Liaise with the Overseas Compliance team to ensure timely submission of records in coordination with the relevant teams on account of central bank Inspection reports follow ups, action plan and ensure rectifications as identified by the local regulator / QCB. Observe existing violations, if any, and update the reporting authorities with suggestions/recommendations to avoid further recurrence. Ensure completion and submission of all periodic reports to the respective stakeholders, in compliance with local regulations and procedural requirements, in a timely manner. Work closely with the overseas Compliance team in adherence to internal compliance mandates and ensure timely resolution of issues, as identified. Support in the annual exercise of sending Due Diligence AML Questionnaire (Outgoing) for all Exchange Companies in coordination with the overseas branches and ensure that the responses are reviewed timely and highlighting any alarming observations/gaps with the respective stakeholders for taking necessary actions. Contribute towards imparting specific internal training to the respective stakeholders as per regulatory and policy/procedures requirements for clear understanding of various regulatory guidelines, related procedural mandates, updates /changes, as applicable pertaining to Compliance and AML/CFT. Contribute towards and support in timely review/gap analysis of International Compliance & AML / CFT policies and procedures in line with QCB AML/CFT Instructions, guidelines, Qatar AML/CFT Law, and local regulatory AML/CFT Laws, guidelines and local AML/CFT regulatory instructions to ensure that most stringent ones are implemented and taking necessary actions, in close coordination with the Chief Compliance Officer. Ensure continuous follow-up with the respective stakeholders to rectify all outstanding issues/ observations as per the approved annual inspection plan and keep the International Compliance & AML team and Chief Compliance Officer well informed for the status. Cascade and guide the respective teams on region specific directives related to Compliance and AML/CFT, as applicable. Support in review, investigation, and root cause analysis on significant occurrences (gaps)/compliance incidents data and trends that adversely impact the pre-established compliance regulatory standards and ensure implementation of corrective action through collaborative efforts to avoid further recurrence, in coordination with the respective teams. Ensure complete adherence of the Compliance Control and AML/ CFT operational activities in Overseas branches to Doha Bank policies, procedures, internal controls, Netreveal Process Management Procedures and Compliance & AML/CFT Policy /Procedures by self/team. Support in implementation of yearly inspection plans, including but not limited to pre-inspection, on-field inspection, and post-inspection plans, in line with the approved plans. Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Advise and develop effective safety strategies, standards and procedures in Radiation Safety and oversee their implementation to assure that the risks associated with Radiation Sources across Qatar Energy are mitigated to a level that is As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP), are in compliance with all the statutory and corporate requirements, and aligned with the industry best practices.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>A minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience in Radiation Safety is required. A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in the oil and gas (O&G) industry or petrochemical industry, with experience in managing Radiation Safety is required. Chartered Safety Professional (CSP) credential and/or International certification or training (e.g.: NEBOSH International General Certificate, NEBOSH Diploma or industry equivalent) is preferable. Valid license as a Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) as per national requirements is required. Demonstrated ability to leverage technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to influence outcomes across a wide range of stakeholder groups, while taking into account challenges to the business. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both in terms of leading and motivating teams, as well as engagement with strategic stakeholders). Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively across teams. Excellent analytical skills and ability to recognize trends, assess risks and identify root causes. Ability to apply sound judgment in problem solving, evaluating courses of action, and making decisions on complex radiation safety matters. Excellent report writing skills. Organization- Park Hyatt Doha<br><br>Summary<br><br>Park Hyatt Doha, a sophisticated 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Msheireb Downtown, is seeking a courteous, knowledgeable, and proactive Guest Service Officer – Concierge to join our Front Office team.<br><br>In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our guests, delivering personalized service, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring each stay is smooth, memorable, and truly exceptional.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br> Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office within a 5-star hotel is highly preferred. Proficiency in using property management and guest service systems (e.g., Opera, Hot SOS). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong local knowledge of Doha’s dining, entertainment, and cultural scene. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
