<p>Acts as COMPANY Site Representative onboard DSV or CLV during the execution phase in coordination with Company’s Vessel Management Team, communicating the activity status and progress to the Onshore PMT. Serve as day-to-day interface with EPC contractor’s Offshore Construction Manager and craft labour. Monitor and ensure compliance with Company specification, procedures, Risk assessments and plans. Ensures that any events evaluated during FRA/Risk Screening and HAZID/HIRA processes, or that are raised during safety meetings, are stewarded and closed prior to the start of each critical scope. Acts as the focal point between CPY’s Production Operation and the Contractor during field execution, particularly for SIMOPS and PTW within 500m of CPY assets. <strong>Primary Purpose of the Job</strong><br><p>Negotiate, analyse, prepare and revise LNG contracts and service agreements. The role is responsible for maintaining the management and control of documentation which shall include the recording and communication of contractual nominations dates for all aspects of the contracts.</p><br> <br><strong>Required Experience and Skills</strong><br><ul><li>At least 8 years in a similar contracts position with at least 3 years in LNG Trading.</li><li>Proven work experience and deep understandings of LNG physical and derivative transactions and the trading customs as Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant role in LNG/energy industry and handling various<br>trading contracts.</li><li>Ability to leverage on functional support and provide high quality options and opinions to commercial stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to identify risk and opportunity in complex operational circumstances.</li><li>Multi-disciplinary knowledge and broad competence is required in areas such as trading, risk control, sales operations, commercial, financial, contract administration, legal, economic analysis and projects.</li><li>Excellent client and internal stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to take fast risk-based decisions, sometimes based on incomplete information.</li></ul> <br><strong>Educational Qualifications</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in economics, Law, Business Administration or equivalent from an internationally recognized university. </li><li>Postgraduate Qualification (MSc. or MBA) preferred.</li></ul> </div>
