<p>Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:</p><p>Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service</p><p>Processing of guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms in collaboration with Housekeeping and Reservations, issuing and activating room key.</p><p>Responsible of all payment types such as cash, checks, debit, credit and all room charges.</p><p>Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges while ensuring all service standards are followed</p><p>Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash handling, which includes currency exchange and balancing a float</p><p>Handle guest requests, questions and concerns effectively and promptly</p><p>Promote a professional team environment</p><p>Follow department policies, procedures and service standards</p><p>Performs any and all other tasks assigned by management</p><p>Upholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Proficient in the English Language (verbal & written), second language is an advantage</p><p>Previous working knowledge of Opera is an asset</p><p>Required knowledge of MS Office</p><p>Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</p><p>Ability to focus attention to guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.</p><p>Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities</p>

You are not just an operator you are the heartbeat of the resort during your shift, ensuring everything runs seamlessly while delivering genuine hospitality and care.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in a Duty Manager, Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or similar operational leadership role in a luxury hotel or resort.</li><li>Strong understanding of front office operations, guest services, and hotel/resort procedures.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.</li><li>Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with health, safety, and security procedures in hospitality environments.</li><li>Ability to work in a remote luxury resort setting with flexible shifts.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and operational excellence.</li></ul>
