Role Summary<br><br>The Estimator is in charge of working out job estimates in the most realistic, accurate and competitive way for the submission of quotations and tenders on enquiries received. Timely attendance to receive enquiries and preparation of estimates using our proprietary estimation system.<br><br>Duties And Responsibilities<br><br>Receipt of contract enquiries, reviewing and preparing a plan of action to price the enquiries assigned within the deadline requested. Ability to follow through enquiry from client and help clarify scope to achieve quote accuracy in line with client’s instructions / expectations. Liaise with the line manager and other team members to develop the overall strategy for the tender. Send out enquiries to the supply chain to ensure the best prices are received by selecting the most suitable suppliers / manufacturing location for the project. Liaise and request support from other individuals in the organization to produce programmes and quality submissions as dictated by the enquiry/RFQ.
