We are seeking a qualified Marine Engineer to support marine construction projects including dredging, land reclamation, piling, quay wall construction, subsea pipelines, and rock filling. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of marine plant and equipment, vessel operations, and construction methodologies to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical engineering support for marine construction activities including dredging, piling, rock placement, and subsea pipeline installation
• Coordinate with civil engineers, project managers, and marine superintendents to align marine operations with construction schedules
• Oversee marine plant and equipment including excavators on barges, crane barges, tugs, hopper barges, split barges, and workboats
• Assist in planning and coordinating vessel movements for rock filling, dredging spoil disposal, and material transport
• Conduct inspections of marine equipment and vessels to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with marine equipment, pumps, dredging systems, and hydraulic systems
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures for marine construction activities
• Coordinate with survey teams for positioning, bathymetry, and volume calculations

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of marine plant and equipment, vessel operations, and construction methodologies to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical engineering support for marine construction activities including dredging, piling, rock placement, and subsea pipeline installation
Coordinate with civil engineers, project managers, and marine superintendents to align marine operations with construction schedules
Oversee marine plant and equipment including excavators on barges, crane barges, tugs, hopper barges, split barges, and workboats
Assist in planning and coordinating vessel movements for rock filling, dredging spoil disposal, and material transport
Conduct inspections of marine equipment and vessels to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with marine equipment, pumps, dredging systems, and hydraulic systems
