Coordinate with design, construction, operations, finance, and planning teams throughout the development lifecycle. Monitor development project budgets, schedules, and quality objectives. Support cost-benefit analyses and investment decision-making processes. Ensure proposed solutions are practical, achievable, and aligned with business requirements.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's Degree (BSc, BEng, BA) or equivalent qualification. Certification or training in Primavera, Lean, Six Sigma, or related disciplines. More than 5 years of professional experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in airport, aviation, live operational, or major infrastructure environments. Regional (Middle East) experience is preferred. Strong understanding of airport master planning, capacity planning, and operational improvement initiatives. Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex projects and develop data-driven recommendations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</p>
