Job Summary
UCC Holding is seeking a highly experienced Senior Reservoir Manager to lead reservoir management, field development planning, and reservoir performance optimization activities across its upstream oil and gas portfolio. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in reservoir engineering, reserves evaluation, production forecasting, and asset development to maximize hydrocarbon recovery and asset value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead reservoir engineering studies for oil and gas fields, including exploration, appraisal, development, and production assets. Develop and oversee reservoir management strategies to optimize recovery and production performance. Conduct reservoir simulation, material balance analysis, decline curve analysis, and production forecasting. Evaluate field development opportunities, infill drilling, EOR/IOR projects, and reservoir depletion plans. Perform reserves and resources assessments in accordance with international reporting standards. Integrate geological, geophysical, petrophysical, and production data to support asset development decisions. Provide technical recommendations for well placement, reservoir surveillance, and production optimization. Lead multidisciplinary subsurface teams and support strategic business planning and investment decisions. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, industry standards, and corporate governance frameworks.
Technical Requirements
Strong expertise in Reservoir Simulation, Dynamic Modeling, Material Balance, Pressure Transient Analysis, and Production Forecasting. Hands-on experience with industry-standard software such as Petrel RE, Eclipse, CMG, t Navigator, MBAL, OFM, Prosper, GAP, and IPM Suite. Extensive knowledge of carbonate and clastic reservoirs, oil, gas, and condensate fields. Experience in Field Development Planning (FDP), Reservoir Surveillance, Well Performance Analysis, and Reserves Certification. Strong understanding of Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) and Improved Oil Recovery (IOR) techniques. Proven experience in integrated asset management and value optimization.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum 15+ years of reservoir engineering experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry. Experience with major International Oil Companies (IOC), National Oil Companies (NOC), or leading E&P operators. Proven leadership experience managing reservoir engineering teams and major upstream assets.
