Roles & Responsibilities
Manage all plant, heavy equipment, and workshop operations to ensure maximum equipment availability and productivity.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy equipment and machinery.
Plan and optimize equipment utilization across multiple project sites.
Lead workshop personnel, mechanics, and technical teams to achieve operational objectives.
Monitor equipment performance, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
Coordinate with project teams to meet equipment and operational requirements.
Support infrastructure, earthworks, dredging, marine, and oil & gas projects with effective plant management.
Supervise workshop setup, yard operations, and layout planning, including fence line design and site organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Full-time) – Mandatory.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience managing heavy equipment, plant operations, and workshops.
At least 3 years of experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Proven experience in marine, earthworks, infrastructure, dredging, land reclamation, and oil & gas projects.
Strong knowledge of excavation, trenching, underwater pipeline construction, heavy equipment maintenance, and marine construction methods.
Experience in planning workshop and company yard layouts.
Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
