<li>Leads and coordinates key engineering activities among the different BRP Project actors, to execute damage assessment, demolition and any associated detailed design engineering deliverables per the plan, to support demolition and procurement activities.</li>
<li>Ensure effective coordination and execution of the project activities, monitoring progress and interface to achieve project objecives in accordance with approved schedule and requirements.</li>
<li>Conducts risk based evaluation of complex technical issues that may have significant commercial impacts to overall project execution and manages the timely delivery of technical deliverables and issues resolution.</li>
<li>Verify compliance with Company requirements, standards, specifications and instructions.</li>

<li>Provide expert guidance to Project Cost Engineers assigned across both T&R and packages, ensuring a standardized project control practice regarding daily headcount monitoring, actual man-hours expended, Value of Work Done (VOWD) reporting, trend/contingency management, and expenditures allocation.</li>
<li>Support the Business Division Manager by leading the quantitative financial, resource, and budget input into Funding Packages (e.g. Advance Commitments, Full Funding, Supplementary Funding), recommending strategic budget reallocations to ensure Project Cost at Completion remains strictly aligned with approved funding thresholds across all project phases.</li>

<li>Advise Head Project Controls and Project Leadership immediately of any adverse resource burn rates, operational inefficiencies, potential cost issues, or budget overruns. In conjunction with project leadership, proactively develop and implement timely cost recovery plans, labor optimization strategies, and corrective actions to mitigate project cost exposure.</li>
<li>Steward project commitments, trends, and budget allocations; evaluate the financial impact of proposed variations, labor rate adjustments, or extended overtime against the approved cost baseline to ensure all changes are economically justified before steering them through formal financial approval workflows.</li>
<li>Implement and manage robust in-house cost and resource tracking solutions to systematically validate contractor time-writing data against independent site metrics (such as gate-access logs) while ensuring the absolute accuracy, integrity, and consistency of overall project cost reporting.</li>

This role requires strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your assigned station according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all ingredients and mise en place are prepared on time for service. Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation at all times. Assist in menu development and recipe testing as required. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items to maintain freshness and compliance with safety standards. Monitor portion control to minimize waste and ensure cost management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations. Supervise and train Commis Chefs and other junior staff assigned to your section. Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and timely service. Report any maintenance issues, equipment problems, or shortages to the Sous Chef or Head Chef. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures as per company policy<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Qualifications & Skills<br><br>Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen operations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Hand over the cash and balance the same at the end of the day so that the total cash held conforms to the general ledger. Submit teller end of day reports and ensure accuracy and completeness of processing. Highlight instances of excess/ short cash noted in accordance with the duly approved policy and procedures. Resolve teller transaction related customer complaints timely and effectively in order to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Directly engage in the resolution of common recurring customer problems, referring to other internal stakeholders if deemed necessary, so that customer service levels are continually improved. Logistics Coordinator (Site Facilities)<br><br>Location: Qatar<br><br>Job Purpose<br><br>Logistics Coordinator (Site Facilities) for a restoration project. Support on-site project coordination between teams and contribute to the successful execution and timely completion of the project.<br><br>Key Job Accountabilities<br><br>Provides technical, administrative and coordination support to the Logistics Division Manager, and other team members, with regards to Offices and Temporary Support Facilities. Interfaces with relevant authorities and Company departments on administrative and operational activities (e.g. permits, etc.) as required. Coordinate with Logistics Division Manager for Company Doha and project site staff mobilization plans and liaises with Project team to ensure timely site coverage, including office allocation and pass.
