Logistics Coordinator (Site Facilities)

Location: Qatar

Job Purpose

Logistics Coordinator (Site Facilities) for a restoration project. Support on-site project coordination between teams and contribute to the successful execution and timely completion of the project.

Key Job Accountabilities

Provides technical, administrative and coordination support to the Logistics Division Manager, and other team members, with regards to Offices and Temporary Support Facilities. Interfaces with relevant authorities and Company departments on administrative and operational activities (e.g. permits, etc.) as required. Coordinate with Logistics Division Manager for Company Doha and project site staff mobilization plans and liaises with Project team to ensure timely site coverage, including office allocation and pass. Manage daily office operations and administrative activities:Maintain office policies, procedures, and records. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and inventory management. Ensure office spaces are organized, well-maintained, and adequately stocked. Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility-related services. Liaise with landlords, building management, and service providers. Monitor office health, safety, and compliance requirements. Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are properly maintained. Coordinate office vendors and service providers. Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance. Serve as the first point of contact for office-related employee requests.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in:Business Accounting Commercial Marketing Sciences Engineering Project Management Supply Chain Management Law Communication Technologies Mathematics Statistics
Knowledge and/or Experience

8 years’ experience in business related function or discipline, including 4 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Robust administrative proven experience. Good knowledge of Project Execution - a bonus. International experience, especially in Qatar or the Middle East, is preferred. Furthermore, ideally candidate will have experience working in industrial cities and large-scale projects.
