Collaborate with the People and Culture Manager to implement and facilitate the Hotel Training Plan and budget, ensuring alignment with the hotel's strategic goals. Monitor and follow up on all training activities, both on-the-job and off-the-job, ensuring timely submission of reports. Ensure mandatory Academy trainings for the properties are assigned, conducted, and completed. Maintain 100% compliance with the employee on boarding program, including colleagues, orientation, and FLS, in accordance with hotel training standards and brand promises. Coordinate and deliver training programs from internal and external providers. Champion the use of online and e-learning tools, ensuring adherence to approval processes and tracking of registrations and completions. Develop and execute quality introductory and ongoing departmental training plans; provide coaching, guidance, and support to leaders at all levels. Manage the Accor HERO Learning Portal, ensuring colleague completion of required training. Qatar Aviation Services (QAS), a subsidiary of Qatar Airways Group, is seeking applications for the position of Customer Services Agent II in Doha, Qatar. The role involves assisting passengers with special needs throughout the airport, including aircraft arrival, baggage screening, check-in, transfer areas, lounges, and boarding gates.<br><br>About The Role<br><br>The Customer Services Agent II will provide assistance and transportation to passengers with special needs. The selected candidate may assist passengers using wheelchairs or airport buggies and escort them through different airport formalities in accordance with Qatar Aviation Services standard operating procedures.<br><br>The role requires close coordination with customer-service teams, check-in agents, supervisors, immigration, baggage, transfer, lounge, and boarding-gate personnel.<br><br>Job Responsibilities<br><br>The Successful Candidate May Be Responsible For<br><br>Assisting passengers requiring special assistance after they disembark from the aircraft. We are an international contracting and procurement company engaged in EPC projects and global sourcing activities. We manage procurement and supply operations with suppliers and manufacturers across international markets, including China, the United States and other countries.<br>We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager with strong exposure to accounting, treasury operations, trade finance and FP&A. The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day financial operations, SAP accounting activities, banking and payment administration, trade finance instruments, cash flow management and financial planning and analysis.<br>The role requires a person who is comfortable both with transactional execution and financial analysis and who can independently manage relationships and operational matters with banks and internal stakeholders.<br>1. Accounting & SAPPerform and supervise day to day accounting activities in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely posting of financial transactions Review accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals and supporting documentation Ensure proper accounting treatment and correct allocation of transactions across accounts, cost canters and projects Support monthly and year end closing activities and preparation of management financial information Reconcile bank accounts, treasury transactions and related general ledger balances Coordinate with AP, AR and other finance functions to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.<br>2.
