<p>The BMS (Building Management System) / LMV (Local Monitoring and Visualization) / DCP (Distributed Control Panel) Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and controlling HVAC and utility systems through Building Management Systems and related control platforms. The role ensures the efficient and safe operation of chilled water plants, HVAC equipment, and associated safety and shutdown systems while maintaining optimal building performance.
