<br></span><p>The HRIS Specialist is responsible for maintaining human resource information management systems in the organization and perform a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data. <p>Recommends and establishes efficient processes and procedures internally to ensure proper handling of HR transactions, and documents within the departments established guidelines</p><br>
<p>Ensures accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures information is available on a timely basis</p><br>
<p>Conducts data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, and/or benefits data as directed</p><br>
<p>Conducts troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users</p><br>
<p>Provides content expertise for new system implementations and upgrades. Acts as primary contact with outside organizations or functions to respond to technical questions on HR data.</p><br>
<p>Provides day to day systems support including troubleshooting data and systems issues, recommending solutions and implementing enhancements and fixes in systems per change control guidelines</p><br>
<p>Manages the data integrity, system testing, report writing, and process improvement opportunities</p><br>
<p>Provides feedback on ways to improve the utilization of the HRIS System to improve the efficiency of data flow</p><br>
