Monitor backup jobs, troubleshoot failures, and ensure successful backup completion. Handle infrastructure and application incidents and perform initial troubleshooting. Monitor system alerts and escalate issues to appropriate technical teams. Perform server and IT infrastructure health checks. Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with relevant support teams for resolution. Maintain operational logs, incident records, shift handover reports, and monitoring documentation.
