About the Role:We are looking for an experienced IT Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and MPLS environments. The role ensures secure, reliable, and high-performance connectivity across business operations while maintaining network stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and support LAN, WAN, and MPLS network infrastructure. Ensure secure and reliable internet connectivity with strong access control and security measures. Monitor network performance, analyze logs, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues. Manage network systems, domain access, and administrative operations. Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and procedures. Evaluate and optimize network performance and recommend upgrades. Support incident resolution and ensure compliance with IT policies and ITIL practices. Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:7+ years of experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure, or similar roles. Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, AD, and network security. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Server environments (2003/2008/2012), Exchange, IIS, ISA. Experience with Cisco/HP/Juniper networking and server/storage environments. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ITIL framework. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in risk assessment and infrastructure compliance.
Qualifications & Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field. Certifications: MCSE / MCITP, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or VMware (preferred). Knowledge of Power Shell scripting and Windows Server administration.
