<p>Role Summary We re looking for an Associate Supply & Operations Planning to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store tMart , which is the region s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq.</p><p>What s On Your Plate?</p><ul><li>Supplier Fill Rate Management: Coordinate with suppliers to manage supply and fill rates to optimize for Availability</li><li>Build supplier relationships and engage with suppliers to enhance their Service Levels</li><li>Manage the daily supply operations and drive process improvements with supplier and internal Demand/Store teams</li><li>Manage supplier delivery schedules to ensure they are meeting internal Inbound receiving requirements</li><li>S&OP Implementation: Implement S&OP cycle with suppliers by engaging in proactive discussions to improve Service Levels</li><li>Build and share an SKU wise rolling supply plan with suppliers and internal stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate with demand team to incorporate supplier constraints in the forward looking demand forecast plan</li><li>Hold quarterly Business reviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure we are on track with the agreed plans.
