Role Summary<br><br>The Estimator is in charge of working out job estimates in the most realistic, accurate and competitive way for the submission of quotations and tenders on enquiries received. Timely attendance to receive enquiries and preparation of estimates using our proprietary estimation system.<br><br>Duties And Responsibilities<br><br>Receipt of contract enquiries, reviewing and preparing a plan of action to price the enquiries assigned within the deadline requested. Ability to follow through enquiry from client and help clarify scope to achieve quote accuracy in line with client’s instructions / expectations. Handling full tender process with the site visits to evaluate the project & carryout the meetings with the tender committee. Send out enquiries to the supply chain to ensure the best prices are received by selecting the most suitable suppliers / manufacturing location for the project. Liaise and request support from other individuals in the organization to produce programs and quality submissions as dictated by the enquiry/RFQ. Analyze the supply chain quotes & negotiate the best costs with knowledge of raw material costs & manufacturing rate across various economies. Review their terms and conditions and compare with basic tender practices. Prepare tender analysis information & present in a professional fashion for both internal analysis & presentation to the client. Install the costs with sufficient detail to enable contract review. <p>The Munitions Foreman is the senior crew member that oversees receipts, storage, inspection, transport and maintenance of U.S. Air Force (USAF) Munitions and supporting resources as applicable to the Site. Operates Theater Integrated Combat Munitions Systems (TICMS) and MC2. Supervises any assigned Munitions Technicians. Principal Accountabilities</p><ul><li>Consistently observes and enforces all USAF and host nation explosives safety, AFOSH and security standards during all explosives and non-explosives operations in assigned sites and temporary duty locations.</li><li>Takes necessary control and timely response actions during emergency events.</li><li>Uses TICMS to the maximum extent possible and reports system discrepancies as required.</li><li>Manages the Operations and Inspection Elements in the management of the site DoDAAC.</li><li>Monitors the training of department personnel in the use of TICMS.</li><li>Checks the daily connectivity to TICMS and takes appropriate action to correct problems.</li><li>Conducts all munitions work according to established quality processes, identifying potential problems and recommending solutions.</li><li>Completes all accountability and historical documentation actions in a timely manner.</li><li>Works closely with department personnel to resolve any serviceability and accountability issues noted during the inspection processes; informs the Superintendent of all problems.</li><li>Advises the Munitions Accountability Manager (MAM), Munitions Superintendent and MASO and/or MASO delegate(s) of any potential problems.</li><li>Acts as the focal point for processing and filing accountable/auditable documents.</li><li>Conducts warehouse inventories and advises the Superintendent about any discrepancies.</li><li>Manages the ADR process to ensure appropriate actions are taken on all assets.</li><li>Reconciles the ADR file against TICMS records monthly to ensure ADR documentation accurately reflects TICMS information; documents results and briefs MASO on findings and corrections.</li><li>Assists in the developing of the master inspection schedule and in monitoring shelf and service life to ensure disposition actions are initiated for all affected assets.</li><li>Provides inputs to the Superintendent for the monthly periodic inspection schedule.</li><li>Monitors components required for munitions TCTO's and follows up as required.</li><li>Monitors the AWM and AWP actions affecting the serviceability of the stockpile.</li><li>Ensures munitions shipments are booked through Freight and tracks departure status.</li><li>Performs entry-controller duties as required.</li><li>Works necessary hours, to include stand-by duties, to support mission requirements during peacetime and combat contingencies.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li><li>Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Must have intermediate knowledge of the USAF Supply and Tech Order systems or US service equivalent.</p><p>Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.</p><p>May be required to operate material handling equipment.</p><p>Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.</p><p>High School diploma or equivalent required.</p><p>Must have a minimum of eight years of experience with Military Munitions.</p><p>Must have a minimum of five years of experience in Munitions Operations or equivalent.</p><p>Must have a minimum of one year custody account/document control experience.</p><p>Must have a minimum of one year combined experience with inspection, storage and munitions maintenance.</p><p>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance.</p><p>Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.</p><p>Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.</p><p>Ability to travel domestically and internationally.</p><p>Must have normal color perception and depth of vision.</p><p>Preferred prior USAF MASO experience.</p><p>Preferred prior USAF MAJCOM Staff experience.</p><p>Preferred CCAF degree in Munitions Management.</p>

Services provided include but are not limited to; customer service, cashier, bartending, lounge support services, basic facility & equipment maintenance, coordination of special events, games, cultural tours, day or evening trips, and other supporting activities as specified in the Performance Work Statement. The MWR Specialist Lead reports to the assigned Dept. Manager.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for monitoring other country nationals in accordance with AFCENTI 32-1002 and obtain escort badge.</li><li>Provides customer service leadership and performs related tasks in all functional areas of Recreational Services.</li><li>Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, working as a team and providing clean, friendly and well maintained facilities.</li><li>Responsible for the maintenance and condition of the equipment in the facility.</li><li>Shall maintain procedures for tracking and issuing equipment to guests and 5-year equipment plans.</li><li>Shall complete and maintain inventories.</li><li>Complete necessary documentation and/or work orders and track through completion.</li><li>Shall perform event/special event oversight and complete after-action reports per the PWS.</li><li>Shall provide set up and breakdown of Government furnished equipment such as tables, chairs, music system, ice chests, stages, etc. IAW PWS specifications.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas.</li><li>Responsible for completing all assigned Vectrus and Government required training courses.</li><li>Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools).</li><li>Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.</li><li>Assist with transporting OCN staff to and from badging appointment and Signing for badges as a UPC.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Must have a High school diploma or equivalent, Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred.</p><p>Must have at the time of offer and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance.</p><p>Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver s License.</p><p>Must be capable of obtaining an Air Force flight line driver s license and capable of driving a manual transmission, CDLA and forklift experience preferred.</p><p>Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.</p><p>Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.</p><p>Must have Serve-Safe Alcohol Awareness certification if assigned to Lounge/Bartender work.</p><p>Must have CPR/AED/First Aid certification to work in any Fitness Center.</p><p>Candidates must successfully complete both online and hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defense training. Training includes the successful fit testing of DOD provided protective gear.</p><p>A minimum of two years of working in customer service.</p><p>Prior Air Force experience in Services career field preferred.</p><p>Great communication, teamwork, decision making, and customer service skills.</p><p>Capable of operating audio and visual equipment.</p><p>Must be skilled with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.</p><p>Able and willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirements</p><p>Military experience in a contingency environment and knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred.</p>
