Job description:<br><br> We will be running a recruitment campaign in India during the latter part of 2026. Job Purpose Provide Maintenance Scheduling Services to Asset Maintenance Team to ensure maximum and effective resources utilization for flawless maintenance execution to improve reliability of the Operating Facilities of the Onshore Assets in accordance with established policies, procedures, instructions, and targets. Key Job Accountabilities - I Ensure adherence to all EHS Procedures and Standards and develop schedules considering lessons learned and areas of improvement. Review and revise Maintenance KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Scheduling related and follow-up to ensure compliance. Level tasks as per scheduling priorities and available resources. Follow up execution daily performance, facilitate the weekly Asset 14DS meetings to produce the weekly performance report and releases the 12 Week look-ahead. Consolidate asset demands from the executable backlog (SAP user status RSCH/SCHD/INPG). Utilizes work outlook to identify and communicate peak resources utilization (High/Low). Review the executable backlog and reschedules as per LACD (Latest Acceptance Completion Date) and available resources. Key Job Accountabilities - II Integrate in 14DS all Preventive & Corrective maintenance (PM/CM) SAP work orders for stakeholders; Asset Maintenance, Centre of Expertise (COE) and Workshop & shared services (WS & SS) tasks, focusing to maximize resources utilization. Consolidate Deferrals PM work orders and documents the reasons for non-compliance. Conduct quality checks to ensure tasks are properly planned and materials are available before inclusion in the 14DS. Maximize campaigning activities. Ensure the release of integrated 14DS in a timely manner for PTW purposes. Perform Material Reservations, collecting and shifting and notifies Warehouse in advance for job preparation readiness. Qualifications Higher National Diploma. Knowledge and/or Experience 7 years’ experience with direct maintenance in planning /scheduling within oil and gas and petrochemical industry, out of which 3 years within Planning and/or Scheduling roles. Technical and Business Skills Proficient in written and spoken English. Computer literacy and familiar with industry specific computer programs such as SAP PM.
Role Title Senior Project Manager<br>Job Purpose Summary The Senior Project Manager participates in planning and implementation processes of projects undertaken by the group. JOB PURPOSE

3. Site-Based Mechanical Maintenance Experience

4. Shutdown & Turnaround Mechanical Planning

10. Reporting & Team Leadership

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or recognized certification as a Planning Engineer or equivalent experience.</li><li>Minimum <strong>10 years of relevant industry experience</strong> in maintenance planning within the <strong>Oil & Gas industry</strong>, preferably in mechanical maintenance.</li><li>Proven experience in <strong>Mechanical Maintenance Contract Management and Contractor Management</strong>.</li><li>Strong <strong>site-based mechanical maintenance experience</strong>, including contractor supervision, field execution, shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities.</li><li>Proven experience in preparing mechanical maintenance contract <strong>SOWs, technical specifications, BOQs/MTOs, cost estimates, tender documents, and technical bid evaluations</strong>.</li><li>Experience in contractor mobilization, manpower planning, productivity monitoring, progress measurement, KPI/SLA monitoring, variation assessment, and contract closeout.</li><li>Strong experience with mechanical maintenance of rotating and static equipment, piping, valves, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, tanks, pressure equipment, and associated mechanical systems.</li><li>Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, work-pack preparation, resource loading, critical-path analysis, shutdown, and turnaround planning.</li><li>Good knowledge of contractor performance management, tendering, procurement processes, and contract administration interfaces.</li><li>Proven ability to work directly with mechanical contractors and subcontractors in operating Oil & Gas facilities.</li><li>Good knowledge of HSE requirements, Permit-to-Work systems, Method Statements, JSA, Risk Assessments, and field execution practices.</li><li>Good understanding of mechanical equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, critical spares, RCA, failure analysis, and maintenance strategies.</li><li>Good written and oral communication skills.
