The Senior Marketing Specialist supports the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of marketing and communications strategies to fully support the objectives of the business, maximizing exposure to local and international audiences.<br>Key Responsibilities:Support the development and delivery of the marketing strategy for QC+ business units, with a particular focus on in-house F&B operations, e-commerce, and retail activity. Develop and implement plans to ensure that the QC+ marketing strategy is successfully implemented by working closely with the QM marcomms function and key stakeholders in other QC+ and QM departments. Develop initiatives and programs to strengthen the brand value and reach of QC+ businesses (e.g., QC+ Gift Shop, IDAM by Alain Ducasse, Cass Art Qatar, etc.) and effectively drive increased revenues, working closely with the QM marcomms function to achieve positive outcomes. Support the conduct of periodic analysis of the marketplace to evaluate market environment, audience groups and competitor offerings, recommending adaptations to QC+ communications accordingly. Develop and maintain strong relationships with QM marketing and PR focal points, museum and exhibitions department management, QM IT, and QM audience engagement functions. Conduct analysis of the results of marketing activity in order to gauge “return on investment” (where possible to evaluate a quantitative ROI) and identify learnings to improve future marketing activity.<br>Social Media:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives. Assist in the development and maintenance of a structured calendar of marketing and communication activities. Ensure that content for social media channels is posted in a timely manner and that consumer reactions to posts/promotions are monitored. Job Description<br><br>The Senior Surveyor I is considered an intermediate to advanced level Surveyor position. The primary function is to examine and report on vessels and other marine structures during and after construction relative to compliance with the applicable requirements for maintaining the vessel in Classification with ABS and meeting associated statutory and special service requirements related to the Safety of Life at Sea, Loadline, Tonnage, Cargo Gear, and Pollution Prevention Certification. Interfaces with local US Government representatives as the primary Vectrus point of contact for all Installation Logistics requirements. Directly responsible for the day-to-day management, supervision, and performance of all Installation Logistics operations; administration; support; configuration control; property management; computerized maintenance management system; TMDE; facilities; fleet management. This requirement is not waivered.</li><li>Preferred candidates will possess at least six years of Army multifunctional logistics experience at a Supervisory level.</li><li>Experience managing government contracts highly desired.</li><li>The LSD shall be capable of providing analysis of practices and problems of all functions of the Logistics Support Directorate (LSD) to facilitate the USG DOL by increasing the effectiveness of logistics support provided by the installation.</li><li>Excellent communication and writing skills are required along with a working knowledge of computer operations to include spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications.</li><li>Great organizational and management skills with a strong ability to work independent as a member of a robust team.</li><li>Provide broad guidance and direction to a multinational team of 150+ personnel.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring effective management of an annual budget of $2+ million.</li><li>Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, dusty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months).
