Job Purpose<br><br>Relationship Management of allocated Corporate Banking Portfolio and broaden the portfolio including building up new relationships in order to meet financial objective<br><br>Key Result Areas<br><br> Management and review of allocated portfolio. Recommend appropriate credit facilities in line with the Relationship strategy planned taking into account potential earnings maximization and MB’s risk appetite. Identify new prospects & segment target market to pursue growth opportunities including syndication & Structured Financing transaction. Explore vertical and horizontal relationships with existing clients across their Group / owner affiliations. Cross selling of MB’s products and services from other Business Divisions. External Control follow ups include periodic client calls with call reports, documentations, operational issues, account / facility utility organization, payment regularizations, field visits and gather latest market feedback. Internal Control include following up on Credit Reviews with Credit Product Group, Documentation process with documentation unit, Credit approval process follow up with Credit, Operational issues with operations and other business segments. Review & initiate policy changes as necessary to suit business condition. Prepare and Structure Term Sheets, Pre Screen memos, Financial Models, Risk Rating modules and Economic profitability reports. Gather all the required information for new credit proposals. Initiate with CPG preparation of credit proposals, financial spreads and financial Models. Develop & maintain strong relationship with decision makers in the portfolio and capitalize on these to originate business in line with strategy. Introduce MB as a player in the development & participation of Emerging Debt / Capital Markets and ensure MB is a lead in TCM space. Coordinate with concerned Groups & Divisions in the Bank to ensure efficient and timely delivery of required structured solutions to clients.
