<p>Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the day-to-day delivery of the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for a luxury hospitality and entertainment development in Qatar. The development is a state-of-the-art entertainment hub, set to attract millions of visitors annually with its immersive experiences and diverse attractions. The Project Director will have full responsibility for managing the integrated delivery of this world-class hospitality, entertainment, retail, residential and mixed-use destination. The role is accountable for managing design, procurement, construction management, project controls, stakeholder coordination, testing & commissioning, handover, and Defects Liability Period activities while ensuring achievement of the Client's objectives for schedule, cost, quality, safety, sustainability, and operational readiness.
