Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead the end-to-end delivery, governance, and strategic execution of a large-scale loyalty programme, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and successful programme outcomes. This is a full-time position based in Qatar.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in loyalty programmes, digital platforms, customer engagement, or complex multi-stakeholder environments
Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or strategic programmes from planning through execution
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders
Strong understanding of programme governance, financial management, procurement, and operational delivery
Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent are highly preferred
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

Expertise in programme governance, strategic planning, and enterprise-level delivery management
Capable of leading multidisciplinary teams while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Adept at managing programme budgets, commercial agreements, procurement activities, and resource planning
Experience overseeing risk management, compliance, quality assurance, and operational controls
Proficiency in executive stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration
Effective decision-making with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational execution
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
