<p><strong>Role Overview</strong><br>This is a senior program governance role responsible for establishing and operating the Program Management Office (PMO) for a major T24 Core Banking Modernisation programme at a leading Qatar-based bank. </p><br>
<p>The Program PMO Lead will own overall programme governance, planning, reporting, risk management, vendor coordination, and delivery oversight across all workstreams. This is a foundational role — the successful candidate will stand up the PMO from scratch during mobilisation and then operate it through the full programme lifecycle.<strong><br>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>PMO Establishment<br>Deploy and onboard the PMO team and define team operating model and ways of working. Establish and operationalise programme governance structures, reporting mechanisms, escalation processes, decision-making forums, and controls aligned with QIB PMO standards and the T24 Modernisation governance framework. Define the Programme Master Plan in coordination with Business, IT teams, the System Integrator, Temenos, the Testing Partner, and all other programme vendors.
