We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, align people priorities with business objectives and provide strategic and operational HR support.
Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand their priorities and develop effective HR plans. Advise managers on workforce planning, organisational structure and talent requirements. Support performance management, employee development and succession planning. Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness and confidentiality. Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and select talent that meets business needs. Support organisational changes and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention. Analyse HR data and recommend practical actions to address workforce challenges. Use Oracle Fusion HCM to manage HR processes, maintain accurate employee records and generate reports. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with applicable labour laws.
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.10+ Years experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role supporting business leaders. Sound knowledge of employee relations, performance management and workforce planning. Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM. Good understanding of applicable labour laws and HR practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance business priorities with a fair and consistent approach to people management. CIPD, SHRM or an equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage.
