The<br><br>Demand Forecast & Planning (DF&P) Operator is responsible for the provision<br><br>of demand forecasting, planning and optimisation of inventory requirements and<br><br>usage. Ensure the supply chain maintains appropriate levels of repairable and<br><br>consumable assets to meet customer requirements. Manage, analyse and report<br><br>inventory spend against budget and forecasting forward spend projections.<br><br>Responsible for maintenance and update of inventory forecasting system(s).<br><br>Gathering information and analysis of data to aid demand forecasting.<br><br>Core Activity<br><br>Support the development, production and delivery of accurate inventory forecasts, using data analysis and scenario/options modelling to inform strategic decision making and determine the inventory requirements for the fleet. Support the development and delivery of the DF&P capabilities (including IT infrastructure), ensuring alignment to current and future business strategies. Support the management of inventory through planning, stock positioning, monitoring item condition and ensuring product availability balancing service against budget. Support under supervision the ability to minimise expenditure through the exploration of all alternative sources of supply. The ability to determine the most appropriate asset solution (repair, overhaul or provide spare). The ability to provide repair scheduling tasking into repair bay facilities. Support the maintaining of forecasting parameters to include calculation methods and parts classification (ABC Analysis). The ability to enact purchase order requests with appropriate and affordable supply chain solutions through an approval process. Support the planning of components into maintenance to ensure compliance with the Operator Maintenance Programme, Mandated requirements, applicable technical instructions and capability embodiment programmes. Support the ability to define and maintain forecasting parameters to include calculation methods and parts classification (ABC analysis). Support the ability to enact purchase order requests with appropriate and affordable supply chain solutions through an approval process. Ensure both internal and external customers receive the level of service expected of business KPIs; specifically the QEAF Typhoon Fleet receives what they need on time and to the highest quality. Conduct analysis and interpretation of Supply Chain data to identify repetitive problems and inform appropriate stakeholders. Where appropriate, support the implementation of any corrective action. Mentoring the QEAF staff as they join the MOB Organisation from the Qatar Technical Institute.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Performance indicators – Provide effective provision of DF&P activities by meeting delivery targets and reporting on any impact on Continuing Airworthiness, operational/process performance. Understand how individual actions contribute to overall delivery performance. Completion of activities – Ensure all DF&P activities are appropriately documented and airworthiness records are maintained on relevant systems (IT / paper based). Compile required reporting, identify any issues and escalate as appropriate. Procedure/standards – Comply with the MAI CAME, its associated procedures and standards, and any other AM&S or company procedures and standards, as applicable. Identify and propose changes, as required. Safety Management System – Ensure Human Factors and Error Management philosophies are applied to all DF&P activities. Understand the risks associated with DF&P and the means by which they are mitigated and managed. Management System Assurance – Ensure DF&P activities are compliant with the Governance and Assurance framework, including supporting process confirmations and independent assurance audits. Support the response to audit findings in a timely and appropriate manner and provide information into the relevant reviews. Support the implementation of identified improvements to overcome any non-compliance and monitor effectiveness. Statutory / Regulatory & Legislative requirements – Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of understanding and application of the relevant Continuing Airworthiness Regulatory framework. Support the implementation of any Regulatory-driven changes into the DF&P activities. Able to support the implementation of an efficient and cost effective DF&P strategy. Provide support to the DF&P team(s) on forecasting & planning related issues. This person would be seen as competent in the field of operational supply chain activities, be able to define the processes, propose improvements and manage those improvements into the day to day running of the operation. Overview<br><br>The BMS Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining building automation systems, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC, fire, and other integrated systems. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting energy efficiency initiatives while adhering to safety standards.<br><br>Your role<br><br>Monitor and oversee repair and maintenance activities of all BMS-controlled systems carried out by service providers across the site. Perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of control systems, and carry out troubleshooting and minor repairs as per the Daily/Weekly Maintenance Plan. Operate and monitor HVAC, fire alarm, and other critical systems through the BMS to ensure efficient and safe performance. Adjust system parameters and variables as required to maintain operations within defined limits and optimal conditions. Record and analyze operational data of HVAC and other BMS-controlled systems to support energy efficiency improvements and performance tracking. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Immediately report any accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, or practices to the concerned authority. Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks to enhance awareness and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain proper documentation and provide regular written reports on maintenance, repairs, and system performance to management. Troubleshoot and resolve unexpected technical issues or operational challenges in a timely manner. Support site management in selecting and procuring materials required for maintenance and repair activities, ensuring they meet specifications and are fit for purpose. Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of materials and equipment. Answers calls originating from external and internal sources. Directs caller to appropriate extension or room. Verifies last name of guest for all room calls. Assists guests with directions or other required information. Open and close tickets as per guest or staff requests Directs hotel staff to assist guests, upon request. Communicates to callers in a clear and concise manner. Inputs/writes messages using proper grammar and spelling. Verifies names and telephone numbers. Properly handles all incoming urgent matters or emergencies for the guests and hotel. Works with hotel management and/or security in order to calmly direct appropriate action. Appropriately documents all emergencies. In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the Supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company: Operate facsimile to send and receive transmissions for guests.
