Key Responsibilities<br><br> Store Operations & Customer Experience Excellence Deliver a premium and immersive beauty experience aligned with brand identity and service philosophy. Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, visual execution, hygiene, tester standards, and overall operational readiness.
