Previous experience working with a Class A steel fabricator is mandatory, along with a strong understanding of structural steel fabrication, manufacturing, and erection processes.<br>Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in structural steel fabrication and PEB projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and estimation teams. Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award. Maintain and expand the customer portfolio while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project handover and execution. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's degree is an advantage. Arabic speaker with excellent command of English. Strong technical understanding of structural steel fabrication and PEB solutions. SAP or other ERP system knowledge is preferred.<br>Experience Requirements Minimum 5-10 years of experience in technical sales or senior sales within the structural steel fabrication industry. Prior experience with a Class A steel fabricator is mandatory, along with a strong understanding of steel fabrication, manufacturing, and erection processes. Strong understanding of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and structural steel fabrication, manufacturing, and erection processes. Proven experience working with steel fabrication companies in the GCC. Demonstrated success in securing structural steel projects with Oil & Gas, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients. Strong experience dealing with EPC contractors, consultants, and developers.
