Engineer (Key Customer)
Responsibilities Manage relationships with key bulk water customers to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction. Oversee the installation, maintenance and performance of water metering systems, ensuring metering accuracy and data reliability. Provide technical support on water metering, billing, and operational issues while coordinating timely resolution with internal teams. Monitor water consumption, service performance, and operational data, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. Coordinate with operations, metering and customer service teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations and company operational policies. Maintain accurate technical documentation, customer records and support customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 9 years' experience in key account management, water distribution systems, or utility operations. Strong knowledge of water distribution networks, bulk water operations, and smart metering technologies. Proven skills in customer relationship management, technical problem-solving, data analysis, and reporting. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is preferred.
