Job Description<br><br>Strong knowledge of software testing principles and techniques, verification and validation techniques, test automation, and defect management. Develop and execute software test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Integration, Migration, Regression, and/or Performance testing specifically for Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including Power BI dashboards. Validate data transformations, data models, and data accuracy across Power BI reports and dashboards. Ensure Power BI dashboards meet business requirements, including the correctness of filters, drill-through functionalities, KPIs, and calculated measures. Collaborate with data engineering teams to validate data pipelines and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within Power BI reports. Identify system and software problems and their causes, record defect backlog items, report testing results, and collaborate with teams to resolve defects. Drive and lead the prioritization of testing activities across teams as needed. Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule test cycles. Develop effective QC coverage for multiple mobile, browser-based, and BI projects. Work collaboratively with business and development teams to review design specifications and acceptance criteria. Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within Agile environments, including meetings, iterative development, and analysis. Collect, track, and report test metrics while providing leadership with regular status updates. Create, design, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents in collaboration with business stakeholders. Participate in end-user training workshops and provide post-implementation functional support. Collaborate with onshore and offshore QC, development, system engineers, and customer teams where applicable. <br><br>Responsibilities<br><br> 5+ years of progressive professional experience in Quality Control and Testing, including hands-on experience in testing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, Power BI reports, and dashboards. This will include disassembly, cleaning, modification (as required), refurbishment and reassembly of power generator assemblies in accordance with applicable technical manuals (TMs) and refurbishment and upgrade procedures. Generator Tech must perform depot level diagnostic, fault isolation and repair capability for Lechmotoren generators. The Generator Tech will provide oversight on Organizational and Direct Support repairs in accordance with (IAW), US ARMY 10/20/30 PMCS Maintenance Standards. Generator Tech must perform maintenance inspections and repairs, to include parts ordering in accordance with applicable technical manuals and procedures. Must also complete records, maintain tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and refurbishment activities.
