The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing operational data, optimizing workforce planning, and delivering actionable insights to improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to contact centre performance.
