We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at Power International Holding. This role is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the organization's Total Rewards strategy, ensuring competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of Total Rewards strategies, policies, and programs. Conduct job evaluations using recognized methodologies and internal benchmarking. Perform market benchmarking, salary surveys, compensation analysis, and cost modeling. Develop recommendations for salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs based on market trends. Ensure internal pay equity and external market competitiveness. Support annual salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive programs. Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Monitor compensation trends, labor market movements, and regulatory changes. Ensure compliance with compensation policies, governance standards, and audit requirements. Partner with HR and business leaders to provide expert guidance on compensation, benefits, job evaluation, and recognition programs. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using HR analytics and statistical tools. Identify opportunities to improve Total Rewards processes, policies, and employee experience.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of overall professional experience. At least 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards. GCC experience is an advantage. Strong expertise in: Total Rewards Compensation & Benefits Job Evaluation Salary Benchmarking Market Analysis Pay Equity Incentive & Bonus Programs Benefits Administration HR Analytics Cost Modeling Advanced analytical and Excel skills with the ability to interpret compensation data. Experience working with HRIS systems; SAP ERP Human Resources experience is highly preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills. Knowledge of employment legislation and compensation governance best practices.
