Ooredoo is building cloud platform-based solutions involving GCP that hosts the data platform and supports analytics and ML workloads, while Azure hosts Gen AI and agentic AI workloads.<br>Role Accountabilities:• Understand business requirements for Telecom business (B2C/B2B) and develop AI/ML based data science models to do value addition.• Own end-to-end AI/ML model lifecycle: problem framing, data discovery, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement (self-learning where applicable).• Deliver Customer Value Management (CVM) use cases such as churn prediction and prevention, customer lifetime value (CLV), propensity models for upsell/cross-sell, and Next Best Offer / Next Best Action frameworks.• Enable hyper-personalization and real-time decisioning by designing decision logic, recommendation models and event-driven scoring to support always-on campaigns and contextual offers.• Support AI-enabled marketing and digital sales optimization, including audience segmentation, campaign optimization, attribution/uplift measurement, personalized messaging, and digital funnel conversion analytics.• Develop call-center efficiency use cases including call volume forecasting, workforce optimization inputs, routing/prioritization analytics, and AI-assisted service journeys.• Design and implement conversational AI and Gen AI solutions (e.g., virtual assistants, agent-assist, summarization, knowledge retrieval) to improve customer experience and operational efficiency while adhering to governance controls.• Command on PL/SQL with feature extraction, pre-processing of data, training, scoring, and actionable insight extraction in leading database platforms e.g., Teradata, Oracle etc.• Build insights through statistical measures/algorithms/graphs/info graphics and communicate results in a business friendly format for stakeholders and leadership.• Evaluate models and establish robust tracking mechanisms for adoption and realized business outcomes; proactively follow up on lead utilization with use case owners.• Ensure Responsible AI practices: model governance, documentation, privacy-by-design, bias/robustness testing, explainability where required, and secure handling of customer data.• Manage and continuously improve the Data Science Operational Framework, including standards for reusable code, model registries, versioning, and release management in collaboration with Technology teams.• Work as part of a shared function across organization on use cases to support product growth, cost optimization, customer engagement and customer experience improvements.<br>Minimum Entry Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Similar<br>Minimum Experience, Essential Knowledge & Skills:10 years' experience in a similar role. Prior experience in data science and AI/ML-based advanced analytics, including hands-on development on leading data science platforms (Dataiku as the primary platform) using Python and R. Demonstrated expertise in predictive modelling for telecommunications (telco) customer analytics (e.g., churn prediction, propensity, customer lifetime value (CLV)) as well as segmentation,recommendation/decisioning systems, and timeseries forecasting. Experience implementing hyper-personalization and Next Best Offer/Action frameworks in marketing and digital sales contexts. Practical knowledge of Gen AI/LLM solutions (e.g., prompt engineering, retrieval-augmentedgeneration, evaluation methodologies, and model guardrails) and hands-on experience using Gemini and/or Azure AI for automation and customer experience use cases, Strong command of SQL and PL/SQL for advanced feature extraction with large-scale data on enterprise data platforms (e.g., Teradata, Oracle, Big Query) Familiarity with MLOps practices – such as version control, pipeline orchestration, model registry,CI/CD deployment patterns, monitoring, and lifecycle management – within Dataiku and incollaboration with Technology teams. The incumbent is also responsible for managing the operation of safety systems, to ensure that safety systems, procedures and other guidelines are implemented, and standards fully comply with the requirements to ensure safety of the entire Group’s International assets, properties and staff.<br><br>Main Responsibilities<br><br> Shareholder & Financial: - Implements KPI’s and best practices for Safety. - Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the bank. - Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent. - Ensure that all QNB Group premises are safe. The TMP Dispatcher is responsible for providing excellent external and internal customer service to V2X customers. Maintains a system of record for gathering information to update fleet inventory vehicles and Material Handling Equipment-“MHE” and service records by ensuring that outgoing odometer mileage, destination, and estimated time of return as required, odometer mileage, return dates and time, information from vehicle users, and other observable necessary maintenance and repair work are recorded. Monitors actual release, return and accountability of fleet vehicles and MHE to ascertain the current location and user of each vehicle and MHE by maintaining a standard system of recording. This includes but not all encompassing: Dispatch, Vendor exchange, Purchase request, Purchase order, works with V2X Property team to ensure proper tag and un-tagging. Ensures employees have all license, Home country, International, Permits in accordance with policy and procedures of V2X. Schedules servicing of fleet vehicles including lubrication, oil and filter changes, body and engine repair, tires, necessary warranty work, and cleaning of vehicles to insure efficient and sound operating condition by calling the desired place of service and making an appointment for the necessary service work and/or assigning such work to appropriate employees within the agency. Determines vehicle service needs and writes maintenance repair orders for fleet and workspaces as required. Works daily in Maximo and or other system of record to order and issue parts and supplies to mechanics and other company employees for repair work. Our platforms, including Workday, support key HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, performance reviews, and organizational data, helping the company scale efficiently while improving employee experience.<br><br>The Opportunity:<br><br>Agoda is looking for a People Technology Functional Support Specialist to support and enhance our Workday environment following go-live implementation. This role is responsible for maintaining day-to-day system operations, troubleshooting issues, supporting business process improvements, managing configuration updates, and partnering with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure Workday continues to meet business needs.<br><br>The ideal candidate has experience in post-production Workday support, understands how to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and is comfortable balancing operational stability with continuous improvement.<br><br>In This Role, You'll Get To :<br><br>Production Support & Issue Resolution<br><br>Provide day-to-day support for the Workday platform in a post-go-live environment. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, security concerns, and process failures. Monitor inbound tickets, production defects, integration errors, and end-user queries, ensuring timely resolution. Triage issues and escalate to the appropriate internal teams or external partners when needed. Support root cause analysis and recommend preventive solutions to reduce recurring issues. <br><br>Configuration & System Maintenance<br><br>Maintain and update Workday configuration based on business needs, policy changes, and compliance requirements. Support changes to organizations, business processes, notifications, reports, calculated fields, eligibility rules, security roles, and validations. Participate in regular system maintenance activities, including Workday releases, feature adoption, regression testing, and documentation updates. Ensure changes are designed and deployed in alignment with governance and change control processes. <br><br>Business Process Optimization<br><br>Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline and improve Workday-enabled processes. Analyze current workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, user experience, compliance, and data quality. Translate business requirements into functional designs and system changes. Support continuous improvement initiatives following implementation stabilization. <br><br>Stakeholder Partnership<br><br>Act as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other business teams for Workday-related needs. Gather and clarify requirements for enhancements, fixes, and process changes. Communicate system capabilities, constraints, risks, and recommended solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Provide guidance to end users and stakeholders on Workday functionality and best practices. <br><br>Testing & Release Management<br><br>Coordinate and execute unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing for new enhancements and fixes. Support Workday semiannual release reviews, impact assessments, and feature evaluations. Maintain test scripts and ensure critical business processes are validated before deployment. Partner with teams to ensure smooth production deployment and post-release support. <br><br>Reporting, Data, and Compliance<br><br>Assist in maintaining data integrity within Workday through audits, validations, and periodic review activities. Support the development and maintenance of Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance standards. Help monitor security access and support periodic access reviews as needed. <br><br>Documentation & Knowledge Management<br><br>Maintain functional documentation, configuration logs, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Document business processes, issue resolutions, and change impacts clearly and accurately. Contribute to training materials and support user enablement where required. <br><br>What You'll Need to Succeed:<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field. Experience supporting Workday in a post-go-live or production environment. Hands-on experience with one or more Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Payroll, or Security. Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration concepts, and tenant management in a support model. Experience gathering requirements, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system enhancements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. <br><br>It's Great If You Have:<br><br>Experience supporting in both functional and technical workstreams in Workday Experience in Workday implementation, stabilization, or optimization projects. Familiarity with EIBs, integrations, report writing, calculated fields, or security configuration. Experience supporting Workday releases and regression testing. Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Finance operational processes. Workday certification(s) in relevant functional areas.
