Unlike the standard Acquisition team, which focuses on volume-based merchant acquisition, this role is dedicated to securing premium, enterprise-level partnerships through a targeted hunting approach.<br><br>The role requires strong business development, stakeholder management, commercial negotiation, and project coordination skills to successfully bring strategic brands live on the platform.<br><br>???? What You’ll Get Your Hands On<br><br>Own and manage a predefined hunting list of strategic AAA brands and business groups. Identify and prospect new high-value opportunities across Qatar and selected regional or international markets. Build relationships with key decision-makers, business owners, and corporate representatives. Continuously expand the pipeline by researching emerging brands and market opportunities. Lead commercial discussions with strategic partners. Prepare customized commercial proposals and pitch decks. Negotiate commission structures, commercial terms, exclusivity opportunities, and partnership agreements. Present business cases internally when approvals or commercial exceptions are required. Manage the complete onboarding cycle from lead generation until the brand is live. Collect all required legal and operational documents. Coordinate contract creation and execution. Ensure timely submission of menus, images, branding assets, working hours, and operational requirements. Act as the single point of contact between the merchant and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all onboarding, operational, and launch activities are completed efficiently and that the brand goes live successfully. Track onboarding milestones and proactively resolve blockers to ensure timely launch. Maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure momentum throughout the acquisition and onboarding process. Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and ensure all opportunities are up to date. Provide weekly hunting list updates, including pipeline status, risks, blockers, and next actions. Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and strategic opportunities with management. Launch 5 new strategic brands onboarded per month (depending on complexity and size). Support newly launched strategic brands during their first three months by performing key Account Management activities, including performance follow-ups, operational issue resolution, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a successful launch and smooth transition to the Partner Success team. Pipeline coverage of at least 3x the monthly target. Commercial value generated (GMV or projected revenue). Pipeline hygiene and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with the People and Culture Manager to implement and facilitate the Hotel Training Plan and budget, ensuring alignment with the hotel's strategic goals. Monitor and follow up on all training activities, both on-the-job and off-the-job, ensuring timely submission of reports. Ensure mandatory Academy trainings for the properties are assigned, conducted, and completed. Maintain 100% compliance with the employee on boarding program, including colleagues, orientation, and FLS, in accordance with hotel training standards and brand promises. Coordinate and deliver training programs from internal and external providers. Champion the use of online and e-learning tools, ensuring adherence to approval processes and tracking of registrations and completions. Develop and execute quality introductory and ongoing departmental training plans; provide coaching, guidance, and support to leaders at all levels. Internal Control include following up on Credit Reviews with Credit Product Group, Documentation process with documentation unit, Credit approval process follow up with Credit, Operational issues with operations and other business segments.
