Proven experience in corporate sales, leisure sales, local accounts, and travel trade. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and generating room and other hotel revenues. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and key accounts. Experience in business development, client acquisition, and account management. Ability to conduct sales calls, client visits, hotel inspections, and presentations. Good knowledge of the local hospitality market and competitor activities. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a strong commitment to 5-star service standards. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systems. Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
