Reporting to the Head of Department, you will drive revenue and unit sales growth through effective sales strategies, financial oversight and strong team leadership. You will develop fleet, B2B and retail business, build lasting customer relationships and deliver profitable results in line with business objectives.<br><br>What You Will Do<br><br> Develop and implement sales plans for trucks, vans, buses and material handling products to achieve revenue, unit sales and market-share targets. Lead, motivate and support sales executives and account managers through clear goals, regular performance reviews and measurable KPIs. Build the fleet and B2B pipeline, visit prospects and convert new business opportunities into sustainable revenue and profit. Manage key customer relationships and lead high-level negotiations to secure profitable deals, repeat business and strong customer satisfaction. Monitor margins, cost structures and return on investment while managing pricing, discounts and finance or leasing packages with the finance team. Support annual budgeting and business proposals, review sales orders and ensure credit customers make payments by the agreed due dates. Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales performance, targets versus actuals and team activity. Provide ongoing coaching on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service standards.<br><br>Required Skills To Be Successful<br><br> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; an engineering qualification is an advantage. At least five years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, including a minimum of two years in a managerial role. This position is based in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment and requires high accuracy, strict compliance with OEM and internal systems, and timely coordination to ensure smooth vehicle sales and delivery and audit readiness.<br><br>What You Will Do:<br><br>Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly internal and external sales reports. Update daily sales data accurately in the GAC DMS and live tracking sheets. Maintain 100% on-time report submission with zero data mismatches and no backlog entries. Maintain accurate inventory records for sales, new arrivals, transfers, demo units, and damaged vehicles. Perform SAP stock uploading for the department ensuring 99% inventory accuracy. Review deal calculations and discounts, issue SAP and manual bank invoices after finance approval. Ensure zero invoicing errors and that invoices are issued within SLA. Prepare vehicle templates for freight, track shipments, evaluate GRNs, and submit freight, duty, and vendor invoices for expense posting. Coordinate repairs for port-received vehicle damages and manage claims until closure. Raise and manage PDI requests and ensure no delivery delays. Issue and amend vehicle insurance, and manage registration and renewals. Monitor demo vehicles and manage TD forms, approvals, and petrol arrangements. Ensure correct display vehicles, pricing, and specifications, and assist walk-in customers. Handle showroom calls and petty cash management. Act as admin reliever during leave and handle invoicing, DSR, SAP uploads, PDI, and insurance across multiple divisions. Create POs for local and international vendors and manage pantry and stationery stock. Handle GAC merchandise stock count, uploading, and invoicing. Join us and help run what runs the world.<br><br>This position reports to:<br><br>Marketing & Sales Manager<br><br>__<br><br><br>Your Role And Responsibilities<br><br>In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop an effective (business area/division/product group) sales strategy within the specified market scope (global/regional) and maintain it, to improve ABB’s market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Each day, you will define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and/or services to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the Sales organization (other sales managers and sales specialists within scope) to achieve the sales targets, through high performance.<br><br>The work model for the role is: {onsite} <br><br>This role is contributing to the {Electrification/Smart Power LVS} in {Qatar}.<br><br>You will be mainly accountable for:<br><br>Low Voltage Systems Marketing & sales portfolio in Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan & Iraq Demonstrated technical proficiency in Low Voltage Systems, including IEC Low Voltage Motor Control Centers, advanced switchgear technologies, and Low Voltage Busway systems Proficiency in financial acumen and business case development with demonstrated ability to analyze market opportunities, evaluate commercial viability, and optimize pricing strategies. Experience and understanding of contract negotiation, including Incoterms, payment terms, and risk mitigation strategies specific to industrial markets Proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies and marketing plans Demonstrated success in closing significant sales transactions in B2B industrial environments Strong capability to build high-level connections with end users , EPC and achieve sustained sales and marketing excellence Entrepreneurial approach to business development with exceptional communication and presentation skills Strategic networking abilities with executive presence and credibility in client relationships Self-motivated and results-oriented with demonstrated effectiveness in multicultural, cross-regional environments Excellent organizational and collaborative capabilities Team player<br><br><br>Qualifications For The Role<br><br>Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
