The Manager – Merchant Acquisition (Real Estate) will drive the acquisition, activation, and growth of real estate clients on the company’s digital web application. The role focuses on developing relationships with developers, agencies, brokers, and property owners while delivering revenue, listing, and client-growth targets.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the merchant acquisition plan for the real estate category. Identify and onboard developers, real estate agencies, brokers, and property owners. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across residential and commercial real estate. Present advertising packages, listing solutions, and other digital services to prospective clients. Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements in line with approved pricing and policies. Ensure newly acquired merchants are properly onboarded, activated, and supported. Work with Account Management and Customer Success teams to improve merchant retention and growth. Monitor client activity, listing performance, lead generation, and return on investment. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services. Maintain accurate pipeline, sales activity, and revenue forecasts. Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and emerging business opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Operations to improve the merchant experience. Prepare regular acquisition and performance reports for management. Represent the company at relevant real estate events and networking opportunities. Lead and coach the merchant acquisition team, ensuring clear targets and accountability.<br>Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably within Qatar’s real estate sector. At least two years of experience managing or supervising a commercial team. Strong network among developers, real estate agencies, brokers, and property professionals in Qatar. Proven record of acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets. Experience with digital marketplaces, property portals, online classifieds, advertising, or Prop Tech is preferred. Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship-management, and closing skills. Comfortable managing sales pipelines, forecasts, targets, and performance data. Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
