Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist in Al Khor, Qatar, with flexibility for some remote work, will be responsible for customer service, real estate transactions, marketing, property rentals, and acquiring and property management.
Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Sales & Leasing✅ Identify and pursue rental opportunities for labor camps, warehouses, and commercial properties.✅ Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and businesses.✅ Conduct property tours and showcase rental spaces to prospective tenants.✅ Negotiate lease terms and close deals successfully.✅ Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Digital & Content Marketing✅ Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads.✅ Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and property promotions.✅ Optimise listings for SEO and leverage paid ads on platforms like Google, Facebook & Instagram.✅ Analyse campaign performance and implement strategies for growth.✅ Create high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, and property showcases.
Requirements:✔️ Proven experience in real estate sales, especially in labor camps and commercial rentals.✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.✔️ Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.✔️ Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and lead generation strategies.✔️ Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.✔️ Proficiency in real estate software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.✔️ Valid Qatar driving license is a plus.
