Witness contractors’ scope of work and progress in accordance with project requirements. Follow-up construction activities and progress during Pre-shutdown and shutdown of the Brownfield WHPs & RTs. Oversee Brownfield offshore Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning execution activities and ensure their safety and compliant. Follow-up punch list creation, categorisation and clearance via weekly meeting with Contractor. Verify the completeness of EPC CONTRACTOR’s completion dossiers for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning through to handover to permanent asset. Monitor and verify EPC Contractor’s preservation activities and ensure it meet project requirements. Coordinate, capture, and share SC Lessons Learned (LL) for inclusion in the project lessons learned register. Monitor progress and status of subsystems using the completion management system and ensure timely handovers. Oversee and control all mechanical completion (MC), pre-commissioning (CSA), and commissioning documentation (RFSU).<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Minimum Requirements<br><br>Bachelors Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering<br><br>Knowledge And/or Experience<br><br>12 years experience with large-project commissioning in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 3 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel. Strong knowledge and understanding of Completion certificate types Strong decision making and prioritization skills under pressure technical, analytical, and interface skills. Strong knowledge and understanding of punch list categorization Experience using Completion Management Systems (CMS) data base such as PIMS, Win PCS, ICAPS, Hexagon or similar. Familiarity with construction, QA/QC, and Operations interfaces. Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills. Strong understanding of HSE standards and safe system handover practices.<br><br>Technical And Business Skills<br><br>A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures of offshore site environment. Effective coordination with all parties involved and reporting skills. 1. Position Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Senior Network Administrator – Technical Pre-Sales to join our System Integration business. The role blends senior network engineering with pre-sales and solution architecture, acting as the key technical interface between customers, vendors, and internal teams across the full pre-sales lifecycle. Strong hands-on networking expertise combined with confident customer engagement is essential.<br>2. Key Responsibilities Network Engineering & Administration Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN/VPN and security environments. Manage routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VLANs, STP, LACP, QoS, ACLs, NAT, DHCP/DNS, IPv4/IPv6. Monitor performance, lead root-cause analysis, support migrations/upgrades, and provide L2/L3 support.<br>Technical Pre-Sales & Solution Design Qualify opportunities and gather requirements through customer meetings and workshops. Prepare HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, BOMs, proposals, SOWs, and compliance matrices. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project portfolios, and drive innovation in data center design while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.</p><p>Lead and manage the design phase of large-scale data center projects from conception through implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications</p><p>Develop comprehensive design strategies and project plans that align with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements</p><p>Oversee and mentor a team of design professionals, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities</p><p>Coordinate with PMC stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication</p><p>Analyze project requirements and constraints to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions proactively</p><p>Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations</p><p>Manage design documentation, specifications, and technical drawings to maintain accuracy and consistency across all project phases</p><p>Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular status reports and recommendations to senior leadership</p><p>Evaluate emerging technologies and design methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes</p><p>Facilitate stakeholder meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts, progress updates, and project decisions</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of professional experience in data center / mission critical / industrial design, management, or related project management roles</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience managing the design delivery of Design &amp; Build projects from concept through construction, commissioning, and handover.</li><li>Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems including cooling, power distribution, and network architecture</li><li>Preferred: Experience managing data center projects in the Middle East region</li></ul>
