We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead all aspects of people management within the school, working closely with the Principal and school leadership team to deliver a high-quality HR service that supports our strategic and operational priorities.</p><p>The role: We seek an individual to join as an HR Manager where your focus will be:</p><ul><li>Leading full-cycle recruitment for all school roles, working closely with the Principal and school leadership team</li><li>Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations, providing advice, coaching and mediation to managers and staff</li><li>Overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including payroll inputs, contract renewals, attendance management and personnel file maintenance</li><li>Ensuring full compliance with Qatar Labour Law, MOEHE requirements and Nord Anglia HR policies</li><li>Managing employee visa renewals, residency processes and exit procedures</li><li>Coordinating the school s annual appraisal and performance review process</li><li>Supporting managers with goal setting, feedback and development planning</li><li>Partnering with the Principal on workforce structure, compensation and people priorities</li><li>Championing diversity, inclusion and wellbeing across the school community</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD qualification desirable)</li><li>Minimum of 5 7 years HR generalist or management experience, ideally in a school or service-led environment</li><li>Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law, employment legislation, and immigration processes</li><li>Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment and onboarding</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders</li><li>Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li><li>Skilled in HR systems and data management; experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage</li><li>Culturally aware, empathetic, and able to thrive in a diverse international setting</li></ul>
