<p><h4>Overview</h4>
<p>The director of finance is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s financial performance, ensuring all financial activities comply with policies, regulations, contractual obligations, and financial profitability. This role works closely with the general manager and plays a key role in fostering strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, while also working to maximize profits for shareholders and owners. Additionally, the director of finance ensures the hotel operates in full compliance with the management agreement.</p>

<p>The director of finance is accountable for the hotel in respect of understanding and driving financial performance and is responsible to perform all finance activities within the policy, regulatory and contractual framework.</p>
