Minimum 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role overseeing collections within mall, retail, or commercial real estate environments. Strong understanding of retail leasing, property management operations, tenant billing, and revenue recovery processes. Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting, collections analytics, and advanced Excel. Excellent negotiation, dispute resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Senior Consultant / Project Manager – Ports & Marine<br><br>Location: Doha, Qatar<br><br>Primary Responsibilities<br><br>Manage studies and projects within the Ports & Marine service line. Act as a Senior Consultant in the delivery of Port Consulting and Engineering Services. Ensure technical quality through the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote cost reduction and productivity enhancement across projects. Conduct site visits, inspections, data gathering activities, and technical evaluations relevant to assigned work. Participate in design reviews and provide advice on technical design, drafting issues, and compliance requirements. Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Maintain project cost and quality control in accordance with established project management procedures and standards.<br><br>Qualifications & Experience<br><br>Preferably 15+ years of relevant experience (minimum 10 years) within the Ports & Marine Engineering industry. At least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager capacity. Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong project management capabilities, with relevant certifications being an advantage. Ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East region. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
