<li>Plan and support Instrumentation/Fire & Gas (F&G) Engineering activities with Sr. Engineer level competency during and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet Operations expectations in term of Safety, Operability, Reliability and Maintainability over the facility design life cycle.</li>

<li>Provide a variety of Instrument/F&G engineering supports to contribute to the division strategy and goals which include design reviews (e.g., SIL workshops, assessment and verification, HAZOP, etc.), commissioning, startup, failure analysis and advanced troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Support development and implementation of surveillance and administration programs for critical Instrument and F&G Systems of new projects to achieve high standards of Reliability, Availability and Cyber Security.</li>
<li>Support the definition and implementation of integrity program for Instrument/F&G to achieve high standards of safety, reliability and availability.</li>
<li>Provide technical input related to area of expertise to other disciplines and functions as per requirements to support overall business objectives.</li>
<li>Supervise the activities undertaken by contractors, consultants and service providers.</li>
<li>Guide less experienced engineers in implementing the company integrity and reliability systems.</li>
<li>Support and facilitate smooth completion of project tie-in requirements for all systems under the area of responsibility.</li>

Qualification & Experience (Essential)<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.15+ years in Oil & Gas, including 10+ years in design, construction, commissioning, and start?up, with at least 8 years as a Commissioning Engineer. Strong experience in FEED and EPIC projects, including review/approval of contractor deliverables. Proven expertise in pre?commissioning, commissioning, and start?up (CSU) of mechanical (static & piping) systems and packaged equipment. Experience in FAT/SAT, completions management systems, and offshore projects. Familiar with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.). Skilled in risk assessments (HAZOP/HAZID), system handover, and troubleshooting. Strong leadership, communication, contractor supervision, and coordination with operations teams. Good knowledge of HSE, quality, and project execution practices.<br><br>Primary Duties & Responsibilities (Essential)<br><br>Lead mechanical commissioning activities under Head of Commissioning for safe and efficient CSU delivery. Review engineering deliverables, participate in design reviews, FATs, and readiness workshops. Plan and execute mechanical completion, systemization, and commissioning packages. Oversee key activities: inspections, flushing, cleaning, leak testing, hydrotesting, and reinstatement. Verify P&IDs, ISOs, LoSH, and system handover documentation. Manage DFPV activities, inerting, preservation, and system readiness. Supervise contractors, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues. Conduct line walks, system handovers, integration checks, and performance testing. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams, ensuring SIMOPS compliance. Manage punch lists, handover, and close-out activities. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and participate in safety studies (HAZOP, ENVID, etc.). Support team development and training.
An international engineering consultancy company is seeking a highly experienced Traffic Engineer to join our Roads & Infrastructure (Highway Projects) team in Qatar. Key Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years of professional experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning, and highway infrastructure projects. At least 5 years of experience in GCC countries. Valid MMUP/UPDA certification is mandatory. Proven experience in traffic impact assessments, traffic modeling, traffic management plans, and roadway network analysis. Strong knowledge of international and local traffic engineering standards and regulations. Proficiency in traffic engineering and simulation software such as SIDRA, Synchro, VISSIM, AIMSUN, Trans CAD, or similar tools. Experience in the design and review of traffic control systems, junctions, signalized intersections, and highway traffic schemes.
